Q: How do I book a spa appointment and cancel if necessary?
A: Just call 519-688-9885 or visit the front desk. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for treatments of 30 minutes or more. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment. We reserve this time exclusively for your treatment and need time to fill your spot with another appointment. We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours cancellation.
Q: What do I need to know and bring for my first Spa visit?
A: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment will be limited to the time allocated for the convenience of the next scheduled guest.
For pedicures, flip flops are required or we have them for purchase for a nominal fee. You may be be asked to complete some forms upon arrival, depending on the service.
Q: If I purchase products or gift certificates, can I return them?A: Any product purchased and used cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. However, products may be returned and exchanged if it has not been opened within two weeks of the purchase date with the receipt.
If your received a gift certificate for a package or service that you do not want, you may use the dollar value of that gift certificate towards any product or service you would like. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Interac. For the gym, all memberships are paid in full. We encourage members to try our 10 day membership free then commit to 1 year, 6 month, 3 month or 1 month, pay-as-you-go . 1 year memberships provide for a pre-authorized payment plan. Fees are available upon request.
Q: Should I bring my own refreshments, shower products, blow dryer?
A: Herbal teas, bottled water and gourmet coffee are complimentary for spa clients. The fitness shower room is equipped with blow dryers and complimentary shampoo and body wash.
Q: Who do I inform about special needs?
A: We ask you to complete a general health form prior to your first visit to identify allergies and health issues.
Q: How do I buy a gift card?
A: At present you can drop by the front desk for assistance. We expect to provide on-line gift purchases in the very near future.
Cardio Plus is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift Certificates must be present at the time of service.
